Throughout Aleacia’s career, she has successfully led legal teams, streamlined office operations, and improved efficiency through process enhancements and technology integration. Her experience includes managing personal injury cases from inception to settlement, drafting legal documents, and liaising with medical providers. Additionally, she has extensive experience in hiring and training staff, overseeing firm finances, and developing office policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Aleacia holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore, a Business Contracts Certification from Cornell Law School, and a Paralegal Studies Certificate from Mercy College (ABA Approved).
