A Career Steered By A Family Tragedy
At the start of my legal career, I focused on criminal law, first as a prosecutor and then as a defense attorney. I rose quickly in both positions and enjoyed my work keeping clients out of jail, protecting their freedoms, and shielding the careers of those accused of DUIs.
Then, one day, my mother-in-law suffered a horrible car accident. A traumatic brain injury left her non-verbal, while the family fought with the insurance company for compensation. Through this experience, I saw another way to help people and make a difference – not just in the injured victims’ lives but also in those of their families and loved ones.
Today, personal injury law has become a calling, and my practice is built around representing injured accident victims as well as those accused of DUIs and other crimes.
